Dell Streak 5 Battery
I got an streak for Japan and I have some issues when recharging the battery, let's see:
I need to know if what fails is the battery of if I need an adaptador with conversion from 110 to 220, The device works when plugged either to the computer or to the wall but the status of the battery is always "Not Charging", but any application of status battery downloaded from market says when plugged fully charged, when unplugged, it says the same than the phone system.
I have tried to reset, to remove and place again the battery, and nothing works. I have not advanced menu when rebooting the system.
So, I plug the usb to my mac and I can transfer files, and the device is not using the battery, same when plugged to the wall, but does not charge.
So I am confused about what to do... in theory the streak should work since runs when plugged, so it should recharge the battery...
Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm having problem with battery too.
If I remove battery the device doesn't restart even if the charge is 100% full. The device restart only if I plug the charger for at least 10 seconds (till the charger indicate at least 1%...). In this case after froyo has been loaded, the battery indicator on status bar will display 1% even if battery is full.
If the charger is plugged for 10-15 minutes (till the indicator shows 100% ) the device restart and the battery icon on the status bar show 100%.
Note: the battery is in good conditions and when full, it lasts at least 1 day.
Any suggestion?
