Hello there, hope you can help me with this if possible, I bought this Venue 11 with the thin keyboard (Model K11A), everything works perfectly except for the touchpad, so far I have:

1.- Updated the BIOS to latest version for this model (A21)

2.- Applied the firmware for the synaptics controller.

3.- Removed battery and pressed power for 1 min after wich, I could see the pointer after rebooting but it vanished quickly.

keyboard works nicely and all, it's only the touchpad that is not working, I see that this tabletpc has a lot of issues with the keyboards and attached devices, is there any fix you could recommend? Thanks in advance.

Also as a note, the Dell update software is incorrectly suggesting wrong BIOS update for this tablet, I have the MS model and dell update software is really keen everytime that I install the BIOS for vPro version, and also the video drivers.
