I recently attempted to call Dell customer support about my keyboard accessories. One on the latches on the locator pins has become loose so when I dock my tablet into the keyboard only one side stays connected and the other remains loose. This makes it loose connection often and is  just frustrated. Dell's phone support put me into a constant loop of transfers and was absolutely zero help. All I want to figure out is if there is a way I can get this issue fix seeing as I bought the keyboard new only about a month  and a half ago. I appreciate any assistance.
