Hi I have a Dell Venue 3830 4.3 Android Version - I must say I am thinking it was not a good purchase.  I have done a factory reset and on the System Update it pulls it down and on reboot - the little green andoid falls over and says ERROR.

I am also trying to put an App on the tablet and it says App Not responding  - send report - or cancel - So now that doesn't work

Any suggestions - I am at a loss
