Dell Venue 8- Back button randomly goes off
Hello,
I recently bought a Venue 8 two months ago and for the past month I have noticed that my back button randomly activates even though I am not touching it. There is nothing that is near the button (accidentally pressing it) and when it occurs it happens multiple times and interrupts anything I am doing. I have tried restarting the tablet and the problem occurs again...
Does anyone know what could be causing this and what I can do to fix this? Its only the back button that gives me this issue and my tablet case is no where close to that button.

Try cleaning screen.
Do you use a screen protector?

Did the tablet dropped by any chance???

Thanks for the input but I have tried both. I have a screen protector on the tablet as well and no scratches or dirt on the screen. Any other ideas?

Nope its been in good condition and i protect it with a screen protector and a case around it. Its really random and when it happens there is no way to stop it. any other ideas? anything with the software?
