DELL VENUE 8 PRO 64BIT

I am so pissed at dell for still not having released 64bit UEFI bios update, I mean all these games coming out lately only support 64bit and i mean games that have super low system requirments that the tabelt should be able to handle like fifa 15 and dbz xenoverse and EVERYOTHER GAME I CAN THINK OFF, is it so hard just to get 64bit? like they release a NEW BIOS UPDATE EVERY COUPLE MONTHS AND NO 64BIT SUPPORT STILL? the problem was windows 8 baytrail had a bug with 64bit support wich windows fixed with the windows 8.1 update so whats the probelm release your bios update alraedy dell and stop being a piece of *** company

I'm assuming the discussion is about the Venue 8 Pro 5855?

Thanks, but it seems that the 5830 is in fact only supports 32-bit. The 5855 is the 64-bit version of this tablet. Correct me if I am wrong.

5830 has an Atom Z3740D which is an x64 processor
2 GB Ram for me is not an excuse to limit the 64bit transition. There are many applications that are not supported on x32 and require 64 bit systems. And here is a surprise about the inability to install such a system.

It's like the car had 4x4, but you can not turn on the drive because the manufacturer allows you to drive only with the drive forward.

I'm mad at Dell for leaving such a thing behind.
Buying a tablet X years ago I did not expect the impossibility of switching to a 64bit system.

@Devport I agree with your frustration. I, too, were not satisfied with Dell's lack of support and empathy with it's peers, especially with the fully capable Venue 8 Pro 5830. Adding with the issue on this post, they can't even make Miracast work on Windows 10 even it was working back then on Windows 8.1. Dell's solution? Rollback Windows rather than finding a true one to attain both objectives.

Your post is childish.  I don't know why Dell chose to introduce this tablet.  But I suspect that support of gaming was not upper most in their mind.

I need it for network stack apps.
Why offer a x64 cpu on a x86 capable device?
In the real world, not gamer world,  we call  this kind of marketing practice "bait and switch".
They had NO problems advertising the x64 cpu on the marketing materials but just GLAZED OVER the 32bit limitations of available drivers. Maybe "read the room"  and see that this "gamer"  isn't the only end user with this issue.

So Dell really is the ones that needed to  "grow up".
