dell venue 8 pro security violation error - still

Been on the phone with dell for roughly 6 calls, 2 hours and still now help.  Some want to charge the $19.95 and one supervisor finally gave a number to Microsoft for support that was to be free of charge.....the number, 425-635-3311....which is; "not in service"....2 follow up calls and I am still on hold....no one seems to care and nooooo one seems to bother....

can't get past the biglocker entry...no matter how many times I enter it.....secure boot disabled, enabled, doesn't make a f'in difference.  The only difference I get is the myriad of baumchud's I get on the phone each and every time I call.....

If Dell knew/knows about this problem, it's time they stand front and center and pro-actively layout a concise, point by point plan to resolve it complete with accurate, working numbers from Microsoft....I've been loyal to Dell for over 20 years.  They have to be better than this....or do they?
