What I finally had to do was refresh the tablet. Uninsulated all updates after November 2014(when I got the tablet)  first though. Worked perfectly. Only downside is I lost all of my programs.

I'm having the same issue.  Please reply if you find a fix.  I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and call Dell support...

Thanks! I received mine Monday and windows update grabbed about a hundred updates.  I'll start uninstalling them and try to figure out which one is the culprit!

I fixed mine by installing the most recen network driver updates from Dell support website.  Now it sleeps when I hit the power button and doesn't do a reboot.

I'm facing at the Moment the same Problem and guess it is connected to an update:

Two days ago, I suddenly got a lot of ghost taps on my Screen in a certain area (as if somebody is pressing like hell on the Screen). This even happended in BIOS and thus I already thought it's a Hardware defect. I downloaded latest updates, installed them and everything was suddenly fine...

But now I'm having the same Problem: The power button doesn't act like on other tablets anymore (Switch of Screen), but acts like a PC-powerbutton (Switches tablet to energy saving). Beside, as soon as I Switch it of (Hibernation, energy saving, shutdown), it automatically restarts. I can only Switch it of by Holding the power button for a Long time...

So, if somebody figures out the reason/ faulty update, please let me now...

Yes, I also installed the WAPI one at the same time, but I'd try this one first.

Good luck, this is extremely frustrating!

Strange things are going on...:-D

Well, for me, the advice with reinstalling this certain driver didnt work.

But: I uninstalled ALL Dell-Driver and reinstalled them. And now it works.

So I guess there was a conflict between some installer or it depends on the order you install all current Dell Driver...

Just to add my two bits for posterity. Received my tablet last night and immediatel noticed this issue. Was running through all the drivers and whatnot tonight and doing a shutdown after each one. After installing 5830_Drivers-for-OS-Deployment_Driver_PKVD4_WN_603.9600.2067.27988_A05 it started working correctly. For the first time the shutdown actually did just that, and after powering back up, the power button put it to sleep and woke up.
