Dell Venue 8
The Dell 3840 Venue 8 does not have a GPS chip and no sim card slot to add support for one. I f I had known this, I would have not bought this device. I am disappointedr not revealing this fact on their website and woulds have to give the venue 8 1 star since all it is good for is simple things like games. Productivity is not a strong point either.

The 3840 and 3740 are the worse tablets Dell put out, I have the 3830, it has GPS 2GB RAM, complete powerhouse of a tablet, you version was the downgrade of mine.

I know. I have the 3830 and it is much better than thev3840. I bought this to replace my sons nabi 2 that broke. Sad to say that my sons nabi 2 had GPS standard and this was for a child's tablet. If they had put it in their specs, I would have not made the purchase. I would have gone elsewhere.

The new dell venue 7 3740 lte that is only bad because of RAM is too sort the tablet in other thing is better then 3730 like display and camera which is now better then previous and in graphic also upgraded here. I have the antutu score also which said it is best in 3d graphic. twitter.com/.../665764944512618496
I used both First I have 3730 which dead then DELL replace the new version of venue 7 for me.
