Dell XPS10 SD Card / Keyboard Issue

I've been trying to get to the bottom of couple of issue I'm having.

It's a genuine 32Gb Sandisk Class 10 SDXC Card (The red and grey one) and when I'm copying to it, the transfer speed plummets and sits at 0kbps.

Taking out the SD card and formatting it again in my PC (also Windows 8) and running H2Testw to test it,  It passes the full 32gb test and the transfer rate is bang on what a class 10 should be.  Back into the XPS and it's the same problem.  Transfer stalls.

Factory reset the device, clean the drive and try a straight transfer and it rockets along.  Windows Update and February Firmware update, kills the transfer.

Is anyone else having this issue?

The other issue I'm experiencing is with the dock.  Occasionally it'll just turn the Caps Lock on for no reason, sometimes the key presses aren't recognised.

The trackpad is non-responsive for clicks, and sometimes takes a few attempts to get that to recognise.  I'm not one for tapping, that usually gets turned off.

Finally, a gripe.  Who's idea was it to let the tablet discharge first, and charge last when connected to the keyboard dock?  It's the most backwards and frustrating thing I've found with the tablet.  Discharge the dock first, keeping the tablet charged.  Then prioritise the tablet charging THEN the dock.

Can that be fixed in a firmware update?

Same here, some key strokes just don't work. Especially when starting to type. After that most keys get sent.

And my biggest problem is indeed the wrong order for battery use.

I hope it's possible to fix with a firmware update..
