factory restore Dell Latitude 10
Hi, any of you have successfully do a factory restore? Whenever I try to do it I get a windows bluescreen 0xc0000001 winload.efi not found or corrupted (using dock or without no different), if I use a windows 8 USB (download from Microsoft) and choose restore from the menu to restore the dell partition it will work, so its the booting up of recovery got this problem. Please dont tell me to always use a USB to do this restore, so what is the recovery partition for than...
I am on bios 04, dell backup and recovery version 10.0.0.5, tried both secure boot on or off, still on default Win 8 pro OS
i email the clever tech support but told me to format the whole system and install the windows again, after i reply asking how do i create the restore media after format and till now almost a week no more reply from dell. I still have the case ID and emails.
I have tried chkdsk, sfc/scannow, nothing work.

I have the exact same problem. I even created the USB recovery disk and tried the restore from it, but it also boots to the same error.
Did you find a solution?
