Microsoft GO 2 (Image Assist , Driver Issue)
Hello,
I have a Microsoft GO 2 LTE tablet.
We where using a Dell 7200 tablet before we switch to Microsoft GO 2 LTE.
The USB has the image that we are using from the Dell 7200, I can load the image on the GO 2 without a problem. The only issue that I am having is adding the GO 2 driver pack. Microsoft Go 2 does not have a cab file. I got the drivers from the GO 2 by booting it up and using CMD to extract the drivers to my USB. I then compress all those files to a compress folder called "SURFACEGO2"

Hello,
Why do you need the service tag ???
First of all its an Microsoft Product...not a dell product...the service tag is irrelevant in the question that I was asking in the post. I am asking about why "Image Assist" is not reading the driver pack. Please reread the post before responding.
