problem with my bluetooth in mobile and laptop

i have an inspiron 15r 7520 se i can send files and pictures to my sony ericsson xperia neo but i can't send from my phone to the laptop

plus that i have a troubleshoot in installing the bluetooth of the mobile on the lap

the message says " the driver for bluetooth peripheral device is not installed " where do i get it ?
