Venue 11 Pro TPM/Bitlocker issue

I have come across an issue with the DELL Venue 11 pro tablet and the TPM/Bitlocker. Some times on a freshly imaged device the TPM will not initialize and can not start encrypting the hard drive. Other times the system did encrypt fully and will randomly lose the communication with the TPM and not be able to resume the encryption. In both cases the BIOS has the correct setting and a simple reimage has resolved the problem. Has any one else seen issue like this? It is pretty random I can not pin point why they fail some times. I'm wondering if it is a specific BIOS version or sub model within the venue 11 pro or even the type of hard drive installed.
