as it tried to install the most recent android update a few days ago, it started  optimizing 1 of 32, then went black.  sometimes i can get it to the Intel Logo after the Dell splash, but it flickers and goes black. I hope i can find good instructions on how to get to boot menu,  power + volume up  or power + volume down doesnt do anything at all.
