I´m a Partner, but I want a report like the generated with the SPCollects
using USM.

There is no such report in Unity, however, there are some tools / files that look similar to what we had in VNX.
Remember that some tools like partner triiage still work on Unity logs.
As for your main question, have a look at these KBs (second KB is a partner restricted KB):
Unity: How to view the system configuration Telemetry files (customer facing KB)

Unity: How to view the array configuration in a GUI format using Dell EMC GS Tools and Unity telemetry files (partner only KB)

El archivo completo .tar se debe cargar a Live Optics. Ahí se procesará y entrega la salida.
You have to upload the .tar file to Live Optics via Live Optics Desktop App. Then the Live optics page will return the processed data.
