Arrayconfig XML response was truncate

Hi Team,

I am executing following command for VNX Unified Devices

/opt/Navisphere/bin/naviseccli -h ipaddress -User sysadmin -Password sysadmin -Scope 0 -Port 443 -Timeout 240 -Xml arrayconfig -capture -format XML -output /root/VNXArray.xml

Above command XML was truncated. Some times response is fine but some times I am not getting the complete XML response. Can you please help on this issue.

    timeout 240 is not enough?. For an array with heavy usage, navicli will not get high priority and timeout 240 will kill if it didnt finish. Have you tried to increase the timeout or run during non busy hours?.

    Yes I tried to increase the timeout (240 to 360). No luck but my observation is command execution is done with in 2 minutes only. I thought that issue may not related to timeout.

    Please raise a SR as this is not going to be straightforward to answer here. Some thing in the environment need to be looked at.
