Cannot Access Shared files (Dell Unity 300) after Upgrade AD Server.

Question

Hi need your help,,I'm facing these issues after upgrading the Active Directory server from 2012 Standard to 2019. Most users are not able to access shared folder from the storage (Dell Unity 300).  When they enter their credentials in the pop-up, it keeps bouncing up again. The current firmware for the Dell Unity 300 is 5.0.1.0.5.011. Could these issues be related to the old firmware?
