Dell Unity 400 No Console for SP and Unisphere is also not working
Hello All,
please help to get the Unity 400 connection utility to connect to the storage as the storage system in showing in service mode previously and now we are not able to ping any IP, Quick help is appreciated alot.

@DELL-Josh Cr Thanks a lot mate, can you please let me know how to proceed further we tried to connect the console on SP but didn't get through, MGMNT IP is not pinging, and also system is not accessible, really appreciate your help in this matter.

@DELL-Josh Cr I mean permission is required to download IPMI tool its not allowing me to download.

That is the error that it gives when it can’t validate the password, so if it is the correct password it isn’t even booting far enough for the service to start. You should call phone support. Most likely hardware replacement is required.
