Failed to login ftp Acces Denied

Hello

Hi I am getting this error when I try to connect to my ftp my Unity settings ver 5.2
Have Nas Server ok, sharing protocols>>Enable FTP>>>Allow SMB users >>Allow Unix
Allow user>>>xxx
Allow host>>>192.x.x.x.x.x

I also configured the LDAP/NIS service, for user authentication, but there is no way it can work.
I also checked the ftp client documentation in dell but it doesn't give much information.
https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000022512/dell-emc-unity-how-to-manage-ftp-settings-on-a-nas-server-user-correctable

I keep getting access denied, do I have to configure something else, what am I not finding?

Thank you very much

    Hi,

Are the users using ldap? https://dell.to/3QJANYo and https://dell.to/3zSqnio should help.

Being with the ldap service active, the test with your document was successful, thank you very much, now my question is if it has the same degree of authentication for Linux/Unix users, I understand that with the ftp option >>Allow unix users access to the ftp/sftp server" is covered.
Is there a way to connect without setting "domain user" locally in unity?
Thank you very much for your help
