Fast cache drive shows 'wear out' error , but its way more than 30 days but nothing hapnd

on a unity 500, We configured FAST cache with 2 drives , and 1 drive shows as 'Available'

its shows below error:-

"Drive is predicted to wear out in less than 30 days. If the drive is provisioned and there is a spare drive available, the storage system will automatically replace the drive with no data loss when it reaches end-of-life. If the drive is unprovisioned, you should replace it."

it been more than 30 days and the drive marked as proactive fault not marked for replacement .

Shall we continue to ignore this or can we do anything ?
