How to send in feature request or report bugs and faults in documentation
Hi,
Does anyone know the procedures for the following:
- Send in feature request/enhancements
- Report bugs without opening support tickets (support tickets tend to be time consuming)
- Report errors in the current documentation without opening support tickets (support tickets tend to be time consuming)
Thanks.
Best regards,
M.

Hi Marcel,
for enhancement requests you typically work with your EMC or partner technical contact
there is also

Reporting bugs is through opening service requests - this is how problems gets triaged and support needs to check if its really a bug, if a bug has already been opened for that and so on.
That also filters the relevant config info and creates a description that engineering can work with efficiently.
Similar for documentation errors - they get tracked via a documentation bug that also needs a service request.
If you feel that its too time consuming you can try customer service chat - but that will also in the end result in an SR to be opened.

When I add a TP-LINK NANO Bluetooth adapter, the system's Bluetooth drivers are automatically deleted. Additionally, the system connects before the pairing message is accepted. Is this a bug? or any issue in the driver update?
