Hi I hope you can help me, I have ftp enabled on a Unity 300 5. 2, and we have a linux which has a telephony tool which should save a file of the type csv or pdf as a report, but that file is not saved in the folder assigned for ftp, what it does is if it creates a subdirectory but not the file, and in the logs of the unity folder we see no errors, what if after seeing that creates the folder and at the time of saving the file (csv or pdf) we see that says "ftp unknow", just that. The strangest thing is that by command line from that linux if we can load files in the same path, and from the tool we did a test with an opensource ftp server and also let us save the file.

Where could be the error?
