In Unity 300, Failback tooks 4 hours to complete from Destination Unity to Source Unity

Hi All,

We are using Unity 300 with RecoverPoint/Async 5 Minutes. We did failover with Sync from Source Unity. 

Q1- A LUN having 4 TB size took almost 4 hours to failback from destination Unity to Source Unity. Why it takes 4 hours despite for minimal change of data happened on that 4 TB LUN at Destination Site?

 

Q2- While doing Failback from Destination Unity to Source Unity what does means  of below mentioned phrase?

All sessions will start a synchronization to the original source storage resource. The synchronization could be either delta or full synchronization depending on the replicated snapshots.

OE 5.0.1.0.5.011

Not local replication. We are using Array to Array Async Replication with 5 Mint RPO.

I thinks thats more of a RecoverPoint than a Unity question
