Inserted disks not appear when creating poll in Dell EMC CKM00190603610
We are using Dell EMC CKM00190603610 also attached with DAE to extend.
My Problem is when I inserted new disks to DAE also appear in DAE enclosure tab front view.
But if i create the new pool ,the inserted disk not found and can't create new pool .
how can I need to configure to create new pool with new disks?
Please kindly give me the advice for this issue.

Thanks for your question.
Are the Disks Dell EMC branded? What OE version are you using? Are you creating a dynamic or traditional pool?
Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Dear Fri,
How can I check OE version of Disk and
I create the pool using traditional pool.
I also attached the Disk information in previous mail and if there anything need to know, just let me know.

The images from the previous message are not loading.
