I opened case on DELL support, but nobody answers. Please help!

DELL can't find a valid serial because it's a virtual appliance.

The only way to do it is through phone support, we do not have the ability to generate licenses. 

 Contact the Dell EMC Support Line by calling 800-782-4362, option 4, option 4, (at any time) and they will assist you and/or create an SR on your behalf.
         Information needed in the Service Request:
 Software Part Numbers – 456-110-674    UnityVSA CE 4TB=IC
 Quantity/Capacity – Qty 1
           Machine information: UUID
           Site Info
           If this is a Dark Site, please inform Licensing of this
           Reason for trial license = UVSA CE Trial License Website is down

Thank you for your response. I contacted them by the phone number above, but I need a Company Site Number or something like this. I am a freelancer and want a UnityVSA CE for lab tests. How can I obtain a free license like a freelancer? I do not have any company ID.

Yes, you need a site ID, it should be tied to your customer account if you have other enterprise products. I am not aware of any other method to get the license.

I have similar issue. I download Unity VSA for home lab use. It's asking for license. Most features are blocked because of License. The link provided to get license doesn't give license. Kindly assist.

This has to be the peek of rudeness from Dell,

I have been calling for about 3 weeks now trying to get a UnityVSA license... 
Everytime - I can't help you without a siteid

today I got directed to a number for EMC... the number answers with "if you are over 50 we have a special deal for you"... I'm sure that is a mistake but, how do I get a license? please! help!

Thte license server is supposed to vw back up on March 4th.
