NFS/CIFS/FTP Concurrent Users

We have a client who need to know what is the model to fit with the follow requirements:

throughput = 3,3 Gb/s for NFS

throughput = 3,3 Gb/s for SMB

1,5Gb/s read/write for both protocols

1000 concurrent connections for NFS

1000 concurrent connections for SMB

1000 concurrent connections for FTP

What Unity/Unity XT Model apply with this requirements?

¿ Is there any document about maximum account of this protocol type?
