Partner status question

Hello.

We are now buying Dell servers and datastorage. One of the possible suppliers is a Chinese company.

This company has submitted a Dell Authorized Partner Certificate, but this company is not listed as a partner on site Dell.

How do you know if this company is actually a Dell partner?
