Replace chassis

Question

Hi all, We found an issue with one of the drive slots in a Unity300F so we are changing the chassis but now we have this message error  The chassis WWN Seed and System Drives WWN Seed do not match. Please put the original chassis back and follow the correct chassis replacement procedure. How we have to proceed with the chassis replacement?. Thanks in advance.

Hello jtejada.ralco, You will need to open a support case in order to complete your chassis replacement. Support will need to run some commands to transfer your chassis WWN and drives WWN.
