RP classic 5.1.4.3 compatibility with Vplex 6.2.1

Question

I am using EMC VPLEX in integration with EMC RecoverPoint Classic, and I plan to upgrade VPLEX from version 6.2.0 to 6.2.1. Currently, the RecoverPoint version is 5.1.SP4.P3.

Can I upgrade only VPLEX without upgrading the RP version?

Or do I also need to update RP to the latest patch or any thing else?

Hi,   Thanks for your question. I don’t see anything that says you need to change the recoverpoint version and it is just a minor update to vplex.   Let us know if you have any additional questions.
