The specified license file is invalid. (Error Code:0x2800120)
i download unity vsa 5.1 to training on it the license is xml file but when instal it must lic file . when convert file for lic or with xml file the installation give me the error

I'm trying to get the UnityVSA up and running, and that went well. However, I am stuck like the rest with the license. Tried to contact support, but that didn't go so well. Would love to go down the upgrade path. Are you able to share the upgrade bits?

You will need to download 5.3 to use. I have sent you the link for unity 5.3 OVA.
