There are some different status for disk status on ESA

Dear all Hi, I am using Unity600 . Recently I have install ESA in VROPS and add unity600 to my vrops now I can monitor more details about my Unity 600 for example disk latency , lun status , .... now there are some abnormal parameters for example all of my disks' status in unity600 admin console are ok but in ESA for a lot of disks show such as follow pic

Thanks. I was read that . but in that page not mentioned anything about difference metrics .

for example in unity console there are not anything about disk latency but in ESA show latency for each disk

now want to know :

Does this latency that show in ESA (vrops) correct ? because in some of disks my latency is more than 100ms and this is not good , as I unity web admin cannot show these info and just ESA can show them is hat correct ? Can I trust them ?

Hello virtualcdc, You are going to want to open a support ticket as you shouldn’t have that much latency and it not be showing in both places.
