unity 380 iscsi performance issue

Hello Currently using unity 380 iscsi 10G network 4 ports (SPA 2, SPB 2). 10G SAS * 1.98T 12Ea But   - Average monthly iscsi system bandwidth average 39MB/s   - Average monthly SYSTEM LUN_IOPs / System (iO/s) average 538.6465746 Recently, application performance is slow and OS disk util is over 70%. Is the above storage average figure very low performance? Is it slow compared to the same model? Thanks
