Could you try Password123# for local administrator? (should force for change)
Noticed that, local administrator password is mandatory on standalone cifs servers. No such option for domain joined CIFS Servers ( i guess this is for security and simplicity)
However it can be (re)set by domain admins.
"compmgmt.msc /computer:\\ " -> Local Users and Groups -> Users -> Administrator
