Unity Upgrade from 5.0.2.0.5.009 to 5.3.0.0.5.120?

can I upgrade UNITY 500F from 5.0.2.0.5.009 to 5.3.0.0.5.120 directly?

or Do I need to upgrade to 5.2.2.0.5.004? and then to 5.3.0.0.5.120?  which are available to download.
