Same issue here. Trying to do a Demo for a customer and have not been able to license the appliance. It worked yesterday for another customer but not today.
The issue looks to have been resolved as I am able to access the site externally and get a license key.If you are still having any issues, I would try clearing your browser cache and history to see if that helps as I had to do it on my system to access it externally.
This eval license creation tool still does not work. Only giving pop-up error message: "Not Connected . Verify Network." Can this be fixed or what is the reason for this ?
This is still happening. I have tried from different machines, different browsers and even different locations within the company all with the same result.

Same issue for me after many attempts with different browsers
Each time I receive this well known error message ""Not connected, verify network"
I need a UnityVSA Community key for a PoC and I have a UUID, how to proceed whitout this tool ?
