Unity VSA licence
Hi - last week was struggling to download the OVA and was receiving file not found. This now appears to be working, however, when trying to download the license I receive "Not connected, verify network" message.
Is there something I have over looked here?

Thanks for your reply. I'm located in US. What are the steps that I need to follow up? How can I reach out to the License Op team?

Contact the Dell EMC Support Line by calling 800-782-4362, option 4, option 4, (at any time) and they will assist you and/or create an SR on your behalf.
Information needed in the Service Request:
Software Part Numbers – 456-110-674 UnityVSA CE 4TB=IC
Quantity/Capacity – Qty 1
Machine information: UUID
Site Info
If this is a Dark Site, please inform Licensing of this
Reason for trial license = UVSA CE Trial License Website is down

There is an issue connecting to license server. Please try after sometime or contact the administrator.” Please help me to get license

Hello balavamsi vekanuru,
We are working to resolve the license server issue. We are not able to provide you a license, and you will need to call into support to get a license until the server is back online.
