Guys, is there any forecast for when things will be back to normal? Will this service really come back or is it something that is being deactivated? Please give us some information.
I have an active ticket with IT. I check it daily and ask for updates. Any info on if it is EOL has not been shared with me so I assume it will be fixed eventually.
@DELL-Josh Cr, I can't get the Unity VSA license from Dell support in Brazil. The representatives say that a Service TAG is required for them to be able to open a support ticket. How do I find the Service TAG? Is it the last 7 digits of the serial number? Does international support have a chat service? Has there been any news regarding server recovery?
There isn’t a service tag for UnityVSA only hardware Unity systems. I am not aware of chat support for it. I do not have an update on license site being resolved.

The license server is still unavailable currently. We are not able to issue license for unityvsa until the server is back online.
