Dear Mr Josh

Thank you for sending generic web links that are no use to myself.

Phone support is a terrifying experience as the English is so horrible from your Indian brothers that my last support case was about 300 emails and finally i fixed it myself.

If i could get the command to reset the Storage Processor board status to normal then all will be hunky dory. 

Are there any specialist out here to help?

Dear Mr Josh DELL

Seems like i'm making progress to fix your equipment.

I have changed the SSD in SPB which failed and the Storage Processor from failed is now good.

Just SP_A that is degraded at the moment. Any guideline that the Knowledge Base can assist me?
