Unity300 sp boot problem

Hi guys. i have a unity 300 storage and two SP( a, b). when i turn on my storage, it goes to service mode  i used theses  comments to turn the position to normal, svc_diag  svc_recuse_state -c  svc_recuse_state -d svc_flash -c svc_reimage  svc_shutdown -r but when every time my SPs reboot and load normal mode, after 10 minute sp automatically reboot and goes to Service mode,  and I cant access my Data. I wana load storage to normal mode and copy my data, then reinitial my storage,  how can i do ?

Try to check the current installed OE code, make sure it's upgraded to the latest one, Unity OE 5.0.3 is now the target one.

Also confirm Management ports are both connected correctly to the management network
