Unity300 sp boot problem

Hi guys.

i have a unity 300 storage and two SP( a, b). 
when i turn on my storage, it goes to service mode 

i used theses  comments to turn the position to normal,

svc_diag 

svc_recuse_state -c 

svc_recuse_state -d

svc_flash -c

svc_reimage 

svc_shutdown -r

but when every time my SPs reboot and load normal mode, after 10 minute sp automatically reboot and goes to Service mode, 

and I cant access my Data.

I wana load storage to normal mode and copy my data, then reinitial my storage, 

how can i do ?
