What you are going to need to do is to open a service request with the License Operations and they can assist you in getting a licnese. Here is the link to contact them so that they can provide you with a license. https://dell.to/3g4fOzl
We are still working on getting the website link working again but this is a work around that can be used till the site is fixed.
Thanks for the tip. Due to the time offset, I wasn't able to open a call on monday (late afternoon for me). I open a chat session tuesday, and i just get a license file from the Dell Support.
"My" UnityVSA bay is now up & running.
Still, I got a limited license (3 months), my first UnityVSA bay is running since december 2020 and I never had to renew the licence. Is that an automated process, or a change in the license logic ? Because, even on a test environment, if I still need 2 weeks to renew the license every 3 months, I could be ennoyed

This seems to be going on like forever, I tried using business email, accessing the site via different locations/countries via VPN from a corporate network, using different accounts, browsers, what not - nothing makes any difference
I keep getting "Not Connected . Verify Network."
This is really frustrating - and it worked fine before, so I did not bother to backup my previously licensed UnityVSA VMs, as these are purely eval/demo units with no real data on them. Now I am stuck without a demo lab setup.
Can I get any help to get my two UnityVSA licensed again, please ?

Also, if this is intentional to block these eval licenses by Dell - then why not just tell us how it is, so we at least end the frustration (and move elsewhere for another product) ?
I have the same problem. I need to license two UnityVSA, but get the same network error as everybody else stated. Would be nice to know, who we should reach (mail, phone).

Hi Sam and All,
I'm very glad to understand that the problem is under investigation.
But, as you can imagine, it still doesn't work this morning.
Thanks,
Pascal

Hello Sam and all at Dell EMC,

Can something be done about this ongoing issue ?
TIA,
