How to or best practise for VMWare

does anybody have a step-by-guide how's the best and easiest way to install VMWare esx or esxi on blade's?

How many blades are we talking about here ? if it's just one enclosure you can just go into the DRAC card on each one and do a remote media installation via the management card.

If you need to do it in a 1:many fashion the easiest way is to do a mass deploy via the built in management tools (USC), or to just order them pre-installed..
