VMWare 3.5 ESX Templates

Anyone use Templates extensively? I'm trying to find information on how to utilize the advanced features for templates like the 'Customization Specification Manager' and letting VMWare do the sysprep for me, etc...

I have seen a few posts around about these methods but I can't seem to find a good guide or someone that is actually using them that can point me in the right direction.
