Icons for CPU, Memory, Networ, Disk are grayed out
On vFoglight 6.5, Virtual Environment Summary Quick-View, the icons for CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Network I/O, Disk I/O are grayed out. However, we are getting email alerts about various thresholds being reached. I have already tried rebooting the system.
Can someone provide any ideas to what the problem is and how to revoke?

Sounds like your collector or connector service is not running properly.
-Check that both services are running.
-Have you changed password for the account that the collector is using?
-Check collector.log for any errors
Let me know what you find out and I might be able to help you further.
