LDAP configuration with vFoglight 6.5

Im trying to configure LDAP services within our domain for use with vFoglight. My goal is to have an operator group and administrator group that uses our AD accounts instead of "local". Im not sure if I have all of the LDAP settings correctly setup. Can someone review my settings and let me know where the issue may be at?

Also under Administration>Users & Security Management>User Management>Groups ; The LDAP group button is greyed out. If LDAP setttings are correct would that button become live?
