Report on VMDK Path

Good Day All,

     Had an issue last week that was extended because of troubleshooting the wrong vmdk.  A new server was brought online and was renamed in vCenter and in in Windows to the old production server name.  Because the folder name was not the same as the server's name there was some confusion and ended up working on the wrong vmdk. What made things worse was that the new server was put in the the same datastore as the old production and had not yet been deleted, so when I looked at past vFoglight info it showed the same datastore. Does anyone know if vFoglight has the full vmdk path stored somewhere for each vmdk?  This would have saved us about 2 hours of downtime.
