Where does the time in vFoglight come from? Can it be changed?

We installed a new vFoglight today and found the time on the Administration page to be 3 hours off. Where does that time come from? Can it be changed?

I thought the time on the server was the correct time.

The time in the web console is defined in the user preferences (click on the picture to see a larger image).

Keep in mind that if you discovered that the time on the server was off and correctedit you need to restart Foglight Management Server.
