WMI Permissions for Quest Guest Process agent

I just installed vFoglight 6.6. I was given a document (WMI_Permissions_Win2008R2.pdf) that says I have to change a registry key on each Windows 2008 VM in order to allow the Quest Guest process agent to collect data.

How do most people do this in bulk? Via GPO? If so, what settings  in the GPO are typically used?
