A nice XPert required :-)
Dear Expert(s)..
I was advised to use HiJackThis and post the log file here for someone expert to help me in analyzing the problem with my computer. Please help me investigating this and send a areply to my mail address:

Start, Run, sigverif, OK. When the new program comes up press Start and wait for it to finish. Do you see wininet.dll? Sort the list by date by clicking on the Modified column header. Look for new files (since the problem started.) What do you find?
If you found wininet.dll in the list then you should get smitrem from http://noahdfear.geekstogo.com/click%20counter/click.php?id=1
Save it to your desktop then run it. It will extract a folder called smitrem with a bunch of files in it. (The default is to extract it to your desktop.
If you have logging in with your usual login when in safe mode you may need to run smitrem again and change the path to C:\ and you can then start the runthis.bat
program from any login by Start, Run, c:\smitrem\runthis.bat, OK. But do not run it yet.)
Shutdown and Restart and Boot into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when you see the PC
maker's logo.
Keep tapping until it tells you it is going to Safe Mode or you see the Safe
Mode menu. Select the top option. Log in as your usual login or you won't find the programs you put on the desktop
and some of the entries we want to remove will not appear in HijackTHis.
Run HijackThis and just do a Scan only. Check then Fix Checked any of the following that remain:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [loader32] C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
Close Hijackthis and then if you found wininet.dll with sigverif then run
runthis.bat (you probably won't see the .bat part of the name).
Reboot into regular mode.
If things are still not any better then:
Rightclick on the clock and select Task Manager then Processes then click twice on CPU. The top process should now be System Idle with over 95% of the CPU Usage. IF not what are the top three and what % do they have?

Dear Kinner..
I could n't find the file wininet.dll in the list! Should I follow the other steps you mentioned in your reply, or it does rely on the existence of that file only!
What else I should now!
