Try these programs along with Spybot search & destroy,ad-aware SE personal & Microsofts antispyware program:
http://www.ewido.net/en/
http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
Run them all ( you may have to reboot & run again) and you should be able to get ahold of what ails you.
If you are not aware, you can go to www.majorgeeks.com for ad aware,spy bot & MS antispyware.

You could also Google a program called "no-ads" by southbay pc.
